Dancing on My Own

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Widely hailed by critics as one of the greatest and most influential pop anthems of the decade, this track perfectly captures the devastating experience of watching an ex-lover with someone new in a club. Co-written with Patrik Berger, the relentless, pulsating synthesizer bassline contrasts brilliantly with Robyn's desperate, isolated vocal performance. It has endured as a defining masterpiece of sad-pop and a highly beloved LGBTQ+ club anthem.
