Album Notes & Community Reviews
A single from 'Sound of Water', 'Heart Failed (In the Back of a Taxi)' sets Sarah Cracknell's detached vocal over the electronic arrangements the band developed with producer Gerard Johnson. Its lyric of romantic failure unfolds inside the album's aquatic, synthesizer-led sound world.
