Album Notes & Community Reviews
A moody, atmospheric standout from '1989', drawing frequent critical comparisons to the cinematic soundscapes of Lana Del Rey. Taylor Swift sings over a heartbeat-like drum rhythm and swelling synthesizers, capturing the bittersweet reality of a doomed, passionate romance. The song was accompanied by a lavish, African safari-themed music video.
