Album Notes & Community Reviews

A perfect synthesis of Byrds-esque 1960s jangle pop and modern indie-dance grooves, 'She Bangs the Drums' became The Stone Roses' first Top 40 hit in the UK. The track's optimistic, psychedelic summer vibe cemented the band as the undisputed leaders of the Madchester indie renaissance.
