Time of the Season / I'll Call You Mine

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The defining anthem from the masterpiece 'Odessey and Oracle', characterized by Rod Argent's syncopated bassline, Colin Blunstone's breathy vocal gasps, and an extended, intricate organ solo. Ironically, the song achieved massive global chart success more than a year after the band had already formally broken up due to lack of commercial traction. The song's 'who's your daddy?' lyric became a heavily sampled cultural touchstone.
