Album Notes & Community Reviews
Written during frontman Adam Gontier's time in rehabilitation for addiction, this heavy, riff-driven post-grunge track explores themes of internal monstrousness and self-hatred. It spent several weeks atop both the Mainstream and Modern Rock charts, becoming a definitive 2000s hard rock anthem.
