Album Notes & Community Reviews

George Michael explicitly sought to create an uplifting pop track evocative of 1960s Motown, resulting in the duo's first US and UK number-one hit. Its immensely popular music video, featuring Katharine Hamnett's iconic 'CHOOSE LIFE' oversized t-shirts, became a defining visual moment of the decade.
