Album Notes & Community Reviews

Exploring the conceptual beauty of cartography, this track represents the melodic zenith of Wire's critically acclaimed '154' period. The song seamlessly blends driving post-punk rhythms with shimmering, synthesized textures and lush, layered vocal harmonies. It serves as a primary illustration of the band's rapid, breathtaking evolution from minimalist punk into sophisticated avant-pop.
