Lyrics for Mr. Politician
Mr. Position sitting on your perch Looking at the numbers, thinking what we're worth You're price is your conscience when though it allowed So put your finger infidel We're only good when we're down What can we say what suspense? From the wings of democracy they say is right So we can go forth with hand in hand listen to our betters make dead a man but don't forget where you've come from Down at the bottom where you belong Would it do any good if I voted for a leech? Maybe the leech would practice what he preached They don't give a fuck They don't give a toss Your vote for a pig, it wont be no loss Mr. Position sitting on your perch Looking at the numbers, thinking what we're worth You're price is your conscience when though it allowed So put your finger infidel We're only good when we're down Mr. Politician Mr. Politician Mr. Politician Practice what you preach
