WOLF II

Lyrics for WOLF II

Blood spilling through the teeth of a beast Whose mouth into which I thrust my fist And of my severed hand I shan’t speak I chose the fate to befall my wrist Blood spilling from the jaws I have ceased By my own thrust blade into the glade Where from a wolf tongue a river leaks As hope running through the world we made Their prophecies are binding thee In silken letter Despite deceit, my fated beast, Burn on forever The sun is swelling in the east Now free from tether You’re free to feast, celestial beast, Burn on forever Despite deceit, my fated beast, Burn on forever
