Album Notes & Community Reviews

Orchestrated entirely by legendary Memphis producer Tommy Wright III, this remarkably obscure collective cassette release is a terrifyingly raw snapshot of Southern horrorcore. The incredibly lo-fi, bass-heavy production perfectly underscores the violent, completely unpolished vocal deliveries from an extensive roster of underground street rappers. Its notoriously menacing atmosphere cemented it as a highly prized, essential relic among extreme 1990s hip-hop archivists.
