Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced alongside Jonathan Dolese at Konkrete Drum Studios, 'People Watching' represents an intense and highly technical statement from Pittsburgh-based metalcore outfit 156/Silence. The record pairs jagged, mathcore-adjacent guitar work with heavy breakdowns, melodic post-hardcore segments, and Jack Vance's visceral, varied vocal delivery. Lyrically, the tracks navigate personal themes of paranoia, surveillance, and mental exhaustion with uncompromising, abrasive energy.
