Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally conceived as a tribute to a deceased pet, 'He Has Left Us Alone But Shafts of Light Sometimes Grace the Corner of Our Rooms…' establishes a mournful and highly atmospheric template. The album relies on sparse piano motifs, weeping string sections, and tape manipulation to construct delicate, ambient-leaning post-rock soundscapes. Its desolate beauty and minimalist pacing offer a deeply personal and emotionally devastating listening experience.
