Album Notes & Community Reviews

The wildly entertaining debut from the Detroit metal duo is a masterclass in lo-fi, B-movie horror aesthetics and crushing doom metal. The album blends agonizingly slow, fuzzed-out Sabbath-style riffs with guttural death metal vocals and cheesy, vintage synthesizer interludes meant to evoke a haunted carnival ride. It quickly established them as deeply beloved cult favorites within the stoner-doom underground.
