Piosenki po polsku

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Signaling a dramatic and highly publicized departure from their foundational hip-hop roots, the Polish group pivots entirely into sophisticated, melancholic indie pop on their fourth album. The production is incredibly lush and diverse, incorporating elements of synth-pop and jazz to frame frontman Afrojax's deeply cynical, often satirical vocal performances. The title, translating simply to 'Songs in Polish', highlights the record's profound focus on complex lyrical storytelling over beat-driven rap structures.
