Album Notes & Community Reviews
Collaborating once again with producer Willie Mitchell, Al Green’s 'Al Green Explores Your Mind' solidified the definitive Memphis soul sound of the decade. The record masterfully balances deep, sensual romantic ballads with an emerging, introspective spiritual fervor, all set against the incredibly lush, tight arrangements of the Hi Records house band.
