Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking his transition away from secular music, this late-70s release finds the Memphis soul legend integrating upbeat disco and funk elements into his classic sound. 'Truth n' Time' contains an eclectic mix of material, most notably a deeply grooving cover of Burt Bacharach's 'To All the Girls I've Loved Before'.
