Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced during his tenure with Imperial Records, this album serves as a definitive showcase for the 'Master of the Telecaster'. 'Love Can Be Found Anywhere (Even in a Guitar)' highlights Collins' unorthodox open tuning and biting, icy guitar tone over tight, brass-heavy rhythm and blues arrangements. Largely instrumental, it remains a masterclass in aggressive, fiercely rhythmic Texas blues phrasing.
