Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded entirely in hotel rooms during a Nine Inch Nails tour, the celebrated synthesizer virtuoso crafts a breathtakingly beautiful, incredibly sparse electronic album. 'Risveglio' centers around the Roland MC-202 synthesizer, building highly repetitive, deeply atmospheric analog sequences accompanied only by the Roland TR-606 drum machine. The resulting record is a brilliantly minimalist, remarkably psychedelic, and profoundly hypnotic triumph.
