Album Notes & Community Reviews
Reece's debut album followed his Metalheadz single 'Pulp Fiction', a jungle standard that Goldie had already claimed for his own album, forcing the remake included here as 'Pulp Friction'. The singles 'Feel the Sunshine' and 'Candles', sung by Deborah Anderson, established Reece as the leading figure of jazzstep, the melodic strain of drum and bass built on jazz harmony.
