Album Notes & Community Reviews
Arriving as a defining artifact from the infamous London Batcave club scene, this chaotic debut album fused gothic theatricality with abrasive, primitive electronics. 'Who's Been Sleeping in My Brain???' utilizes harsh synthesizer noise, relentless drum machines, and Nik Fiend's ghoulish, manic vocal delivery to create a deeply unsettling, campy horror-punk atmosphere. The bizarrely danceable, unpolished record heavily shaped the industrial-goth crossover sound.
