Album Notes & Community Reviews
The globally renowned Azerbaijani vocalist delivers a transcendent interpretation of traditional mugham, accompanied primarily by his daughter, Fargana Qasimova. 'Love's Deep Ocean' showcases their incredibly intricate, improvisational vocal interplay over subtle acoustic instrumentation. The recording is a profoundly spiritual and emotionally devastating documentation of classical Middle Eastern musical heritage.
