Album Notes & Community Reviews
The veteran Chicago pop-punk trio reinvigorates their classic, morbidly poetic sound with a fiercely energetic, surprisingly dark collection of muscular alternative rock anthems. The dual vocal interplay between Matt Skiba and Dan Andriano remains impeccably sharp, delivering deeply melancholic, bittersweet lyricism with stadium-sized pop hooks. It stands as a brilliant, highly melodic late-career highlight for the gothic punk institution.
