Recorded in a secluded cabin outside of Nashville, 'ATW' was self-produced by the band to capture a more immediate and improvisational energy. The tracks highlight the interplay between Robby Staebler’s minimalist percussion and Ben McLeod’s fuzzy, feedback-laden guitar work. This self-titled effort moves away from the cleaner production of their earlier catalog in favor of a sprawling, heavy blues aesthetic.
