Album Notes & Community Reviews

In a dramatic departure from their sprawling, lysergic krautrock origins, the Munich veterans pursued tighter, glossier song formats. Embracing contemporary trends, the production integrates prominent synthesizer flourishes and unmistakable disco-funk rhythms beneath complex vocal arrangements. While heavily polarizing among early purists, it documents an iconic collective attempting to navigate the rapidly shifting musical tides of the late seventies.
