Album Notes & Community Reviews

Before fully embracing indie rock, Andrew Bird delivered this incredibly playful, highly virtuosic exploration of early 20th-century music. 'Oh! The Grandeur.' effortlessly and joyfully blends the frantic rhythms of the swing revival and traditional jazz manouche with complex Balkan folk melodies, all centered around his remarkable violin playing.
