Album Notes & Community Reviews

The notoriously independent singer-songwriter delivered a notably softer, more heavily atmospheric collection of songs with this release[cite: 1]. 'Up Up Up Up Up Up' largely eschews her aggressive, rapid-fire acoustic guitar style in favor of deeply lethargic, highly melodic indie pop arrangements that heavily emphasize her intricate vocal phrasing[cite: 1].
