Album Notes & Community Reviews

The experimental pop trio pivots sharply from the sprawling ambiance of 'Centipede Hz' toward incredibly brief, hyperactive synthesized pop songs. The album heavily features modular synthesizers, hocketing vocal interplay, and bouncy, prehistoric-themed lyricism. While praised for its dizzying, upbeat energy, it polarized critics who missed the band's traditional focus on expansive, atmospheric songwriting.
