Album Notes & Community Reviews

Animal Collective's first album for Domino Records is a burst of synthetic, psychedelic energy. 'Strawberry Jam' balances Avey Tare's screaming vocals with Panda Bear's melodic loops, creating a sound that is both abrasive and sweet. It captures the band's transition from freak-folk to electronic pop.
