Kick II

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the highly rhythmic second installment of her massive five-part 'Kick' cycle, the Venezuelan producer heavily deconstructs classic reggaeton beats. The record filters traditional Latin club rhythms through terrifying, metallic industrial noise and avant-garde vocal manipulation. It stands as a brilliant, aggressively forward-thinking reinterpretation of global pop and neoperreo.
