Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem, 'Reflektor' is a sprawling, rhythm-heavy double album that infuses Arcade Fire's anthemic indie rock with disco, Haitian rara, and dance-punk. Exploring themes of isolation in the digital age and the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, the band delivers a groove-oriented sound without losing their emotional grandeur. It is an ambitious and danceable evolution for one of the world's biggest rock bands.
