Album Notes & Community Reviews
The fastest-selling debut album in British history, this record captures the nightlife and observational wit of Sheffield youth. Driven by Alex Turner's sharp lyrics and frantic guitar riffs, it revitalized the UK indie rock scene. It is a high-energy, cynical, and impossibly catchy collection of songs.
