Album Notes & Community Reviews

The fifth studio album from Argent leans heavily into the band's progressive and symphonic rock ambitions. Driven by Rod Argent's virtuosic keyboard work and a sprawling, multi-part opening suite, the record scales back their earlier pop sensibilities in favor of complex musical architecture. 'Nexus' marks the final album to feature founding guitarist and primary songwriter Russ Ballard.
