Album Notes & Community Reviews

Bringing a sophisticated and highly passionate energy to their twenty-first-century catalog, 'Punching the Sky' represents the eighth studio album from Armored Saint. Co-produced by bassist Joey Vera alongside Jay Ruston, the album successfully incorporates non-traditional instruments like uilleann pipes alongside their dual-guitar heavy metal attack. The record stands as a magnificent showcase of their classic, anthemic, and deeply honest songwriting style, exploring themes of personal resilience and self-acceptance.
