Arti & Mestieri's debut album 'Tilt (Immagini per un orecchio)' is a landmark of the Italian progressive rock scene, fusing the symphonic prog style with potent jazz-rock sensibilities. The predominantly instrumental work is defined by its intricate and dynamic compositions, which balance complex rhythms, powerful drumming, and melodic passages. The arrangements showcase a high level of technical musicianship, featuring prominent violin, saxophone, and vibraphone that create a sound both aggressive and elaborately crafted.
