Album Notes & Community Reviews
Moving further away from his abrasive no-wave origins, the acclaimed avant-garde guitarist fully immerses himself in a delicate fusion of Brazilian bossa nova and sleek electronic programming. 'Noon Chill' is a remarkably sophisticated, whisper-quiet art pop record characterized by its sensual rhythms and subtle, left-field dissonance.
