Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by electronic music pioneer Mort Garson under the pseudonym Ataraxia, 'The Unexplained' is an eccentric suite of early Moog synthesizer instrumentals themed around the occult. The album bridges the cheesy aesthetics of space age pop with genuinely eerie, progressive electronic compositions, predating later dark ambient movements.
