Album Notes & Community Reviews
The London band's debut album, produced by Jerry Pike, extends the club sound they had built since forming in 1977, with vocalist Tony Antonio fronting a largely instrumental seven-track set. Their breakthrough single 'Dancing in Outer Space' had reached No. 46 in the UK two years earlier, and 'En Trance' documents the British funk scene at its most cosmopolitan.
