Album Notes & Community Reviews
Recorded in New York City, the legendary Russian avant-garde rock band joined forces with elite members of the downtown experimental jazz scene, including Marc Ribot and John Medeski. The resulting double album is a wildly complex, unpredictable masterpiece that fuses intense improvisational energy with poetic, theatrical art-rock.
