Album Notes & Community Reviews

Defined by Howard Werth's fiercely eccentric vocal delivery and Keith Gemmell's incredibly prominent, electrified tenor saxophone, the London quartet offered a highly unorthodox take on art rock. Operating without a traditional lead guitarist, their rhythmically complex, acoustic-driven sophomore album is an essential anomaly within the early Charisma Records catalog.
