Biography
Audience was a British progressive rock band formed in London in 1969 around Howard Werth's vocals and Keith Gemmell's saxophone. On #Charisma Records# they made 'Friend's Friend's Friend' (1970) and 'The House on the Hill' (1971) before splitting in 1972; Werth revived the band in the 2000s. The House on the Hill in particular has grown in reputation through decades of progressive rock reissues.
