Album Notes & Community Reviews

Acting as the inaugural release for Darkthrone's Tyrant Syndicate imprint, this album features prominent guest vocals from Nattefrost and Fenriz. 'The Merciless' perfectly encapsulates the band's self-proclaimed black thrash identity through blistering, hateful speed and a distinctively raw, old-school production ethos.
