Album Notes & Community Reviews
Driven by the songwriting of Candlemass founder Leif Edling, this Swedish project brilliantly combines crushing, traditional doom riffs with the swinging energy of 1970s hard rock. 'The Girl With the Raven Mask' is heavily elevated by Jennie-Ann Smith's bluesy, incredibly soulful vocal performance. The album is a dark, highly melodic, and undeniably heavy exploration of vintage occult rock.
