Album Notes & Community Reviews
The band's highly anticipated sophomore album, released nine years after their debut, marked a major evolution in their sound. 'Behold the Silent Dwellers' is a claustrophobic and apocalyptic work, infusing their black metal foundation with the dissonant, technical textures of modern dissonant black metal and the cold, oppressive atmosphere of industrial music. It's a philosophically dense and sonically challenging album that explores existential dread within a decaying urban landscape.
