Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originating from the avant-garde Elephant 6 collective, the Chicago-based trio Bablicon crafted an incredibly chaotic, deeply surreal instrumental debut. 'In a Different City' rapidly shifts between manic free jazz improvisation, tight avant-prog rhythms, and bizarre sound collages, completely defying traditional song structures.
