Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Bluesman' is the groundbreaking second album by Brazilian rapper Baco Exu do Blues, serving as a powerful manifesto on Black identity and structural racism. Fusing conscious hip hop and trap with contemporary R&B, the record utilizes inventive sampling and emotive sing-rapping. The lyrics swing between boastful swagger and melancholic protest, creating a deeply urban, culturally resonant masterpiece.
