Album Notes & Community Reviews

Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, this raw guitar-and-drum duo stripped blues down to its most abrasive, primitive core. 'Blue Roots' assaults the listener with lo-fi distortion, feedback-drenched slide guitar, and unhinged vocal howling. The record proved highly influential to the emerging garage-punk and trash-rock underground of the American Midwest.
