Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Mesmerizing the Ultra' is a double disc collection by Lorin Ashton that pairs his own productions with remixes and collaborations involving Buckethead, Sound Tribe Sector 9, Michael Kang, Michael Franti, Heavyweight Dub Champion, KRS-One and FreQ Nasty. Ashton later told SPIN that the final sound of the title track recreated a noise he had heard in a dream and captured by humming it into his voicemail.
