Album Notes & Community Reviews

Signaling a deep dive into rigorous modern classical minimalism, this release won the Stockhausen prize for contemporary piano composition. 'L'Egitto prima delle sabbie' consists of sparse, hypnotic piano repetitions, completely abandoning the artist's earlier progressive rock tendencies in favor of stark acoustic meditation.
