Album Notes & Community Reviews
Serving as an incredibly vital, culturally defining document for Brazilian youth, Belchior's 'Alucina莽茫o' brilliantly articulated the disillusionment of life under a military dictatorship. The record marries wonderfully warm, highly mellow folk-rock instrumentation with intensely passionate, profoundly poetic lyricism, delivering fiercely rebellious, deeply philosophical political consciousness.
